The process of selecting and recruitment of new employees is the most important factor leading a company to success. Every company faces the problem of staff selection, however the ways to solve this problem are individual and different for each of them. Professional personnel are the main resource of the company, which is essential for its prosperity. It may sound strange but everything is decided not only by money and technology, but also by human capital. The prosperity of a business depends on the quality of its human capital. Therefore, the aim of the article is to show how the efficiency of the company depends on the organized personnel management system. Also, how important is the attitude of the head of the company to human resources, in terms of their development and motivation. |
